Over the next several weeks I’ll write a blog post for each one of all the sixtynine post stations, or shukuba, along the Nakasendō, as well as one each for the ones that have been lost in the shuffle over the years, such as along the Early Nakasendō. The posts will detail what houses and other things are left from the Edo period (if anything), what kind of information boards and stone markers can be found, and other important things such as museums, tourist informations, signs, and miscellaneous stuff.
